Wine Sector Training Materials

The Wine Sector Training Package (FDF03) contains over 200 units of competency relevant to training in the grape and wine industry. The units of competency (also called standards) were developed by the grape and wine industry, and cover most tasks performed by industry workers all the way from the vineyard to the cellar door.

To support training in the Wine Sector Training Package, there are Learning Guides and Assessment Instruments available for all core and specialist units of competency, and for some optional imported units (units from other industry's training packages)

The guide to training and assessment in the Australian grape and wine industry provides advice in relation to implementing the Training Package in your vineyard or winery.
